Symposium Schedule Posted.

The schedule for the South Dakota Law Review’s Fall 2026 Symposium: History of the District of South Dakota is now available on the Court’s website.

Topics include, among others, U.S. v. Arlo Looking Cloud and other AIM Cases, South Dakota v. Dole-Federal Spending Power, and Pam’s Purple Door-Deadwood Brothels.

The symposium will be on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the University of Sioux Falls in the Salsbury Science Center.
