Public Notice of Proposed Rule Changes. Our judges are proposing changes to the Civil and Criminal Local Rules. The changes have been reviewed by the Federal Practice Committee and are now available for public notice and comment.

The changes include new civil and criminal rules on artificial intelligence (Civ. LR 7.2 and Crim. LR 12.2) and modifications to Civ. LR 83.2 and Crim. LR 44.1 on the provisional admission of attorneys for the United States and Federal Public Defender.
