Our Judges and the Federal Practice Committee are proposing two additional changes to the local rules, which are now available for public notice and comment.

The first, Civil LR 37.2, is a new rule. It provides for an expedited informal process to resolve discovery disputes in civil cases. The second, Criminal LR 32.1 deals with confidential sentencing documents. A redline version of the criminal rule is posted on the Court’s website along with the new proposed civil rule.
