Non-Public Documents Update. Attorneys can once again file sealed, restricted, and ex parte (non-public) documents in criminal, magistrate, and miscellaneous cases in CM/ECF as a result of changes rolled out earlier this week by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts. Although attorneys can again file non-public documents in CM/ECF, the documents will not be accessible or viewable by electronic means. This means that where service of non-public documents is required, the parties must serve them by other appropriate means as provided by the Federal Rules of Procedure. Standing Order 25-03
