The Clerk’s Office in Sioux Falls, Pierre, and Rapid City will be closed all day Thursday, September 25th for training. If you need to drop off non-public documents for filing in Sioux Falls or Pierre, you may deliver them to the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Office. If you need to drop off non-public documents for filing in Rapid City, there will be a drop off receptacle. In addition, the Clerk’s Office in Pierre and Rapid City will close early on Wednesday, September 24th.
