PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Rapid City, South Dakota Due to the August 1, 2027, retirement of Magistrate Judge Veronica L. Duffy and the transfer of Magistrate Judge Mark Haigh to the Southern Division, the Judicial Conference of the United States has authorized the appointment of a full-time United States Magistrate Judge for the District of South Dakota at Rapid City, South Dakota.
