Proposed Local Rules Update. This past November, the proposed civil and criminal local rule changes were posted to the District Court’s website for public comment. The proposals have now been forwarded to the Eighth Circuit Judicial Counsel Rules Committee for consideration. Once the rules are finalized, they will be published on the District Court’s website.

Save the Date. The 2025 Eighth Circuit Judicial Conference is scheduled for July 30 - August 1, 2025, at The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This will be a full conference for all judges and members of the bar.

Closure Reminder. The Court will be closed on Monday, February 17th in observance of Presidents Day.
