IN RE: COLLATERAL FORFEITURE STANDING ORDER SCHEDULES

The United States of America, on behalf of the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management; Department of the Army, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service; Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Affairs; the General Services
Administration; United States Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service; and United States Department of Interior, National Park Service, has submitted revised Collateral Forfeiture Schedules, amending the current schedules applicable to violations in the District of South Dakota. In addition, the United States of America has submitted proposed fee schedules on behalf of Federal Protective Service (FPS), Department of Homeland Security.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the prior Collateral Forfeiture Schedules pertaining to Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Forest Service, Veterans Affairs, GSA, Fish and Wildlife, and National Park Service violations promulgated, approved, or the subject of an Order within the District of South Dakota dated November 4, 1997, are hereby superseded by the attached Collateral Forfeiture Schedules.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the proposed Collateral Forfeiture Schedules pertaining to the Federal Protective Service (FPS), Department of Homeland Security are hereby adopted and approved.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attached Collateral Forfeiture Schedules shall become effective for the offenses listed therein which arise on or after the filing of this Standing Order by the Clerk of this Court.
