Appellate Filing Fee. The cost of filing an appeal has increased. It is now $605. It’s one of several increases that went into effect December 1st. We addressed some of the increases in last month’s newsletter. All of the changes can be found on our website.

2024 Holiday Schedule. The Court has issued its 2024 Holiday Schedule.

Reminder. The Court will be closed on Monday, December 25th for Christmas Day and Monday, January 1st for New Year’s Day.
